Description

The Epson T671400 Maintenance Box is a critical maintenance accessory for users of high-volume inkjet printers like Epson WorkForce WF-C878R, WF-C879R, WF-C8190, WF-C8690, and WF-C869R. During regular printing — especially when print-head cleaning or purge is triggered — excess ink is flushed out and needs to be redirected safely. This maintenance box collects that waste ink securely, preventing it from accumulating inside the printer, which could otherwise lead to clogging, internal damage, or print errors.

Equipped with a built-in reset chip, this box ensures that the printer correctly recognizes the replacement, avoiding error messages or “maintenance box full” warnings. Installation is straightforward: remove the old maintenance box, insert the new one, and the printer resets its waste-ink counter, no special tools is required.

For businesses, offices, or print-intensive environments, using this maintenance box regularly helps maintain print consistency, prevents downtime, and extends the overall service life of the printer. This is especially valuable for bulk printing tasks, as it ensures that maintenance cycles remain hassle-free and efficient.
